The Hiring Process

We believe in a transparent and respectful hiring process. First, we review your portfolio and resume. If we see a strong alignment with our aesthetic and values, we will schedule an initial video consultation.

For creative roles, this is typically followed by a paid trial day or a paid test project to ensure we work well together under real-world conditions. We do not ask for unpaid spec work. We aim to make final decisions within three weeks of the initial interview.
